Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nautley product. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Returned products must be in new and unmodified condition, be in original packaging, and include all original parts. Any product that shows signs of misuse or extensive use or has missing pieces or parts may not be returned or exchanged.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee does not apply to exchanged products.

To return or exchange a product, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Obtain a return or exchange authorization by contacting Nautley at customerservice@dinghyramp.com or your local dealer.
  2. Wrap the product in its original packaging.
  3. Place the product in a box suitable for shipping and secure with strong tape. Please be sure to include your name, current address, phone number and a copy of your invoice.
  4. Address your package to:

  5. For your security, please return the product with an insured carrier (e.g., Fed Ex, UPS) and retain your receipt. Nautley, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We do not accept CODs. Shipping and packing fees are non-refundable.

All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. Nevertheless, if upon receipt damage is apparent, refuse receipt of the product and contact the carrier. Nautley, Inc. is not responsible for damage incurred after the carrier accepts shipment.

In the rare event that a product is defective, you must contact Nautley, Inc. within 14 days of purchase for repair or replacement.

Nautley, Inc. reserves the right to modify its return or exchange policy.
